Which floor suits my home?
It depends on the rooms, the subfloor and how hard the floor will work. As a rule of thumb: engineered timber for the warmest, most premium look; SPC hybrid for busy family homes, kitchens and anywhere water is likely; vinyl plank for a softer, quieter, budget-friendly floor in lower traffic rooms. We walk you through it at the measure.
What does new flooring cost?
Every job is quoted after a free in-home measure, because the subfloor and the layout change the answer. Broadly, vinyl plank sits at the most affordable end, SPC hybrid in the middle, and engineered timber at the top, with herringbone or chevron adding labour on any material. You get one clear supply and install price.
How long does a flooring installation take?
Most single rooms are done in a day. A typical three bedroom home is usually two to three days for straight lay flooring, longer for glue-down timber or pattern work. We give you a firm timeframe with the quote.
Do you supply as well as install?
Yes. We supply and install, so there is no chasing a store for boards and then a separate installer. One quote, one team, one person responsible for the result.
Which areas do you cover?

Do you do carpet, tiles or floor sanding?
No. We specialise in engineered timber, SPC hybrid, vinyl plank and herringbone or chevron patterns, supplied and installed. We do not lay carpet, tiles, laminate or epoxy, and we do not sand and polish existing timber floors.
